The charge for the Chong Fa Thai Herbal
Sauna is 150.- for which you get provided with a towel. Stay as long as you
like. One sauna session typically lasts between 5 and 10 minutes (or as long as
you can take it) after which a cold shower is advised. Rest and relax for a
while and repeat several times for as long as you like.
You can enter the sauna in your underwear, swimsuits or sport shorts. If
you want to enter in the nude, please cover yourself outside the room as public
nudity is not favorably looked on in Thailand.
